Upload your invoices, receipts and paperwork

Add PDFs, photos or bank statements. We read each one, work out what it is and where it goes, and show how it changes the company's Corporation Tax. Check what we found, then it flows straight into the calculator.

Your files never leave your device. Reading happens in your browser. The first time you upload a photo or scan, your browser downloads free text-reading software (a few megabytes). We keep only the figures, not the files.

So we can tell your sales invoices from bills you've received.

What we look for

Check what we find. Reading and sorting is automatic and can get things wrong, especially with faded or crumpled receipts and short bank descriptions. Check each figure and category before you rely on it. This isn't bookkeeping or an accountant's review. Keep your originals: companies must normally keep records for 6 years from the end of the accounting period, and HMRC can ask to see them.
